Thanks to all of those who attended my vegan raw food preparation class at Whole Foods Market Towns Square! It was a packed house! Raw Fettucini Alfredo with a Cashew Basil Creme Sauce, Carob Mousse and a Citrus Sunrise Smoothie was the feast of the day! Yummy! Stay tuned for November's class schedule...
