STOP THE PRESS!!! This morning my father told me that he wants to go on a 50% raw food diet and that he wants to be 80% raw by December! Finally, after a year of me hounding him about his diet, he has stepped into the light! The happiness and joy I feel cannot be expressed right now...Healing, here we come!

Thanks to all of those who attended my vegan raw food preparation class at Whole Foods Market Towns Square! It was a packed house! Raw Fettucini Alfredo with a Cashew Basil Creme Sauce, Carob Mousse and a Citrus Sunrise Smoothie was the feast of the day! Yummy! Stay tuned for November's class schedule...
